5. I know we're in a recession, but this is a hotel which could become something special or reclaim it's once-prominent spot in a nice area of downtown Jacksonville on the banks of the St.

8. My only two complaints are: there should be a hot tub in the pool area, and the fitness center is pretty pitiful for such a nice hotel.
