1. Definitely was dated but we thought our rate was very reasonable; if it had been newly renovated I'm sure the rate would have been much higher.

2. but all these were minor things; and plus it was a little like a scavenger hunt for me :)the downcomforters are apparently NOT changed for every new incoming guest.

4. I think if they freshened the rooms with some new paint, new toilets and newer tubs, it would make a huge difference.

5. The flat screen TV is great (plenty of cable channels), the carpet appears to be new, the furniture is fine (appears to be a new desk chair), and the bed is out of this world.

7. Hotel charges $10 parking, rooms are small, hotel front desk not fimilar with area, new people training.

8. This is my preferred hotel because the following: Beds are the most comfortable, view is the best of all downtown hotels hands down, new flat screen TV with hi-def channels, covered parking here is the cheapest $10.

9. Yes, it was during the Gator Bowl, it was new Years Eve and people were partying in the halls a bit.
