1. They do make you valet your car but is ONLY $14 which is a great deal seeing as they valet your car and park in a secure parking lot.

3. Second - a maintenance problem- the entrance lights in none of my rooms worked ('a light bulb please') the locks in none of my two rooms worked (what security?).

4. The lot we would find out later is behind the building, where the parking lot is littered with broken glass from other car windows, and not secure at all.

6. The valet says it's not their fault because the hotel has 'security' on duty after 2am and it must have happened then.

7. To this point, it was just a disappointment (service, amenities, cleanliness) but then I look out my window and see my car had been broken into while in their 'secure' lot.
