1. The rooms were HOT and the AC/Heat didn't work, the Continental breakfast was really bad and for some reason when I was there the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night (which is most likely a fluke and they comped our parking because of it, but it wasn't fun).

6. The carpet in our room was wet for some reason by the window, the remote for the TV only had certain buttons that worked, and our door did not shut and latch correctly.
