7. The sheets had stains, therefore, we pulled them off ourselves and called the front desk for new ones.

8. When we called down to complain about these other issues they sent someone up to clean our bathroom, to bring new towels and pillowcases, and see what they could do about the door.

9. The furniture looked new but the a/c in the wall was leaking water all over, the plumbing was very noisy, lights were burnt out, the shower floor looked dirty, and there was no a/c in the hallways or elevators.
