1. I was there was a conference - the organization and service for which was great - that is the only reason I am not giving this just 1 star.

7. There are many HUGE rooms in the hotel, and apparently they are the same price as this one, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to room assignments.

9. I've stayed in the hotel several times while in the Cleveland area-- which says something I suppose considering I keep going back-- but the main reason is due to it's location, and not the overall wonderful feeling I get after staying in the hotel.
