1. The best part was taking the train to and from the airport.

2. ) Probably the best part is that the hotel is connected to Tower City Center, which, in turn, is connected by indoor walkway to the Quicken Arena, so you can get to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and arena events without going outside.

3. This hotel is very old, and despite their best efforts (you can tell they're tried, which is why my rating is not lower), it shows.

5. We did room service for a snack, chicken wings good, dinner we had organic chicken and herb crusted haddock and these meals were the best room service food we have ever had.

7. The best things about the hotel are the comfortable bed, including nice linens, the overall ambiance of the lobby and common areas, and a decent bathroom, including counter space for toiletries and a good shower.

10. The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, located in downtown Cleveland is a lovely historic hotel that seems to be lagging a bit behind when it comes to modern amenities - however, the very patient and professional staff do their best to make the stay as positive an experience as they can.
