The
best

) Probably the
best
part is that the hotel is connected to Tower City Center, which, in turn, is connected by indoor walkway to the Quicken Arena, so you can get to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and arena events without going outside.

This hotel is very old, and despite their
best
efforts (you can tell they're tried, which is why my rating is not lower), it shows.

The
best
things about the hotel are the comfortable bed, including nice linens, the overall ambiance of the lobby and common areas, and a decent bathroom, including counter space for toiletries and a good shower.

The angels in the garage would
best
be described as hairpin and at almost $30 a day, it was a less than acceptable situation.

The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, located in downtown Cleveland is a lovely historic hotel that seems to be lagging a bit behind when it comes to modern amenities - however, the very patient and professional staff do their
best
to make the stay as positive an experience as they can.
