1. This would be a great hotel if they'd update the heating/cooling systems and get someone to get those elevators at least updated alittle bit.

2. WE were located on the pool side as we had to open our windows, which only let you open a crack, to 'TRY' to cool off, gets very loud with people in the pool area.

4. ' Then she continues to tell me that I can cool the room by opening the window, or she could try and move me to an inside room but I would still not have AC but those room tend to stay coolar.

Pros:-Good location downtown-Attached to a mall (as in you do not have to go outside)-Attached to the train station (in the mall)-Has a small bar inside-Walking distance to Progressive Field, Quicken Center, and 4th Street-Walking distance to Browns stadium if the weather is nice-Clean rooms, nice bedding-Overall clean, classy hotelCons:-No free internet, it is $14 a DAY-No free breakfast, in fact it is $16-Heating/cooling was hard to control in the room.

9. Don't get me wrong I love newer modern hotels but there is something really cool about the older places.

10. Fortunately, I was there in November and was able to crack the windows to cool the hot room, and ordered a fan to drown out the city street noise.
