4. We had drinks and a delicious late night snack at the lobby bar, and had a wonderful buffet breakfast at a table over looking Cleveland Square at the on-site restaurant, Sans Souci (really good food.

5. The location is really good, the train from the airport ends under the hotel and they are also connected to the city center.

Pros:-good location downtown-Attached to a mall (as in you do not have to go outside)-Attached to the train station (in the mall)-Has a small bar inside-Walking distance to Progressive Field, Quicken Center, and 4th Street-Walking distance to Browns stadium if the weather is nice-Clean rooms, nice bedding-Overall clean, classy hotelCons:-No free internet, it is $14 a DAY-No free breakfast, in fact it is $16-Heating/cooling was hard to control in the room.

10. We did room service for a snack, chicken wings good, dinner we had organic chicken and herb crusted haddock and these meals were the best room service food we have ever had.
