1. We ended up having to drive to the Southpark Mall which was very nice but defeated our idea of staying in the heart of Charlotte so we didn't have to drive all weekend.

8. Service was fantastic (free cookies for the kids sent up after we checked in, free juice/coffee delivered to your room in the morning, nice rollaway bed was already in the room, express check in even though I hadn't requested it, etc.
