4. 3) We were on floor #14 and had to insert the room card into the elevator slot whenever we wanted to go to our floor, which is hard to do when you're carrying 2 cups of coffee and a bag of bagels; not a big inconvenience - just letting you know not to put your card away or have it in your hand if you have to use it to get to your floor.

8. The furniture in the room was a bit dated and worn, and there were no extra outlets near the desk to plug in a laptop or cell phone- just seemed like a big thing to be missing for business traveler.

9. The TVs were in a big bureau thing, so it doesn't really matter that they weren't flat screen (though the outdated remotes were a little difficult to use--maybe weak batteries?).

10. And in response to the comment about the parking, it is slightly steep, but as a friendly staff member explained to us, it's not even the Omni's lot, it's owned by Bank of America or some other big business, so it is a hugely discounted rate if you are an Omni guest.
