8. I got a great deal on this through Hotwire and it was a wonderful (2 night) stay -- but I thought that the $25 for the 7 minute trip to the airport was unjustifiably high (for towncar or cab - I was told the price was the same for either).

9. When I first checked in my room was fairly clean but after leaving a note for housekeeping with a small gift, she really did a wonderful job cleaning and hooked me up with the extra coffee supplies I requested.
