I sent an email to the hotel management and customer service, and the hotel General Manager replied with a cold response telling me that the hotel people were rightly charging me for two days, and he appologize for the inconvinience, and that he will refund only half of one day as a courtesy, which he thought that he didnt have to do.

2. I also had faxed the claim, a letter, and a picture of the damage to my car to the general manager of the Westin and never got any response back so I called and left a voice mail asking for a call back.

4. The only response I received from them was 'things are a bit hectic with 600 rooms checking out on Sunday', once again I believe they were not prepared for this group and the group had to suffer.
