1. The new Ritz Carlton has a much better location when it comes to restaurants in the area, but this hotel is great if you are aware of its location.

3. I typically stay at the Hilton when in Charlotte for business & that is my preference as location is better for me & more dining options close by.

4. I went ahead and payed more for the Superior corner room because of the better city views it offered, so this was very disappointing for us.

9. As an old Human Resources executive I'd suggest management take a long hard, objective, customer-focused look at itself and develop a plan to be a better downtown, first class facility.
