2. We were in Boston for 2 nights at the start of a tour of new England and wanted somewhere central where we could walk to the centre of town to see all the tourist attractions, but that also wouldn't break the bank.

7. I spend a lot of time traveling for work and am familiar with high end, business class hotels, but I was still taken aback by this place because, to me, it was just like walking into a new, fully furnished apartment and that was so much more welcoming than any hotel room.

8. There was a mini fridge and a TV (but who needs a TV when visiting a new city right?) We had a room facing away from the street so it was as quiet as can be.

10. Htotel 140 is located about a block from Back Bay Station, which was very convenient since we traveled from new York City to Boston on Amtrak's Acela Express.
