1. Location was good, staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, close by parking lot, free wireless(huge bonus) and provided easy access to a small cafe and convenience store on the main floor.

3. They do have free internet, which I used to contact Hotwire, who was very helpful, gave an instant full refund and allowed us to book a much better, slightly more expensive hotel nearby.

5. There also weren't any workout facilities in the hotel (although they're up-front about that on the web site), although we took advantage of a 3-day free pass at the Wang YMCA one MBTA stop over.

6. They gave us a free Queen upgrade when we checked in (I'm starting to wonder if they even have full beds there--it seems like the upgrade is standard) and didn't charge for our mini-fridge even though it was supposed to be $25 extra.

7. 2 minute walk to the Back Bay Station which, through the commuter rail, gives you FREE access to south station, which puts you near quincy market and other touristy locations.
