1. Location was good, staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, close by parking lot, free wireless(huge bonus) and provided easy access to a small cafe and convenience store on the main floor.

7. It's not a huge sum of money, and I'm not inclined to spend a lot of time chasing it down, but, well, it would have been better had they been proactive about dealing with it.

8. The bathroom was huge, but a lot of wasted space--there was enough space for a large vanity for the single-bowl sink, but it instead had a small vanity tucked into the corner and a small stand next to it to hold toiletries.
