7. We kept our 'do not disturb' sign up the entire time so we can't attest to the day to day housekeeping, however, our room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the staff left a bag with fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap in front of our door daily.

9. the cafe Downstairs is great for breakfast - you get a complimentary breakfast with your stay but eggs any style or an omelette can be ordered on top of that,fresh cooked and was like 2bucks- so I had a big breakfast and saved my money by skipping lunch to pay for all the decadent Boston restaurants.
