1. Pretty much top to bottom, the service was just right and exactly how it should be; professional, courteous and friendly without the sense you sometimes get that someone is telling you to have a nice day just because it's their job to tell you to have a nice day.

I have following complains- rooms are above two bars, which are very noisy at night- the phone in our room is not working properly- bellman, front-desk people are not helpful and not professional (my car is NOT even locked by valet parking guys)- no complimentary breakfast, which should be provided at a 3-star hotelIn summary, I will not choose to stay in the hotel in the future.
