8. When I got to the hotel from airport via cab, I saw the lounge connected to the hotel, so I told the check in agent - please put me away from the lounge, she said they were booked and told me that she will take care of it.

Hopefully you will not allow the poor reviews of others to sway you away from this wonderful little find :)On a note about the courteous staff: We were kindly greeted and when we had an issue with our room it was promptly taken care of and we were given another room (the room we were assigned was a bit noisy, an air conditioning unit was outside of our window) without any trouble.
