7. First visit to this part of Boston and the neighborhood is impressive and the hotel is right in the thick of it all with great (but small) rooms at decent rates.

8. The guest rooms themselves are of a decent size, but furnished with the most basic and generic courtyard schemes, so once you're in the room, there's nothing to distinguish it from a room in Phoenix, Florida or anywhere else.
