1. There is either hot or cool air generated by the hotel wide system, so if you need to cool down and they aren't sending cool air you get a choice: (1) a fan and/or (2) an open window.

3. Today they finally delivered one, and thank god I had enough ice and paks in the cooler to keep medication cool.

The closet door was barely functioning, the make-up mirror hinges were broke, the bathroom light looked like it was a replacement and they didn't fill in the holes from the original one, no bathroom exhaust fan, and the air conditioning didn't do a great job of keeping the room cool and left it feeling rather damp.
