1. There's nothing special about this Courtyard except that it is convenient to most of downtown Boston.

The location is definitely a plus if you happen to be going for the marathon, this is a GREAT location--just a couple of blocks up Tremont to the shuttle pick up (which means also very convenient to Boston Common and Boston Gardens), and the family meeting area is on the way back to the hotel after the race.
