3. The views are unsurpassed for a Boston hotel, and the service was excellent - Mehmet Kugu and his staff in the Club Lounge saw to the every need of myself and my guest, and the lounge was a luxurious and pretty venue in which to consume a Continental breakfast, a light lunch, tea, or a snack.
