3. The room key never worked properly and after going to the front desk three straight days and after the security personal having to let us in our room after new keys were made everyday I finally lost my lost my cool at the front desk person who gave me a big 'Attitude'.

8. The bed seemed clean, which is a BIG plus, but the carpet was horrendously dirty, which was pretty horrible, since I didn't want to walk on it in bare feet, and then into a clean bed.
