5. Are they just scratching their rear in other rooms or is this the efficiency in this hotel? Really, if i wanted an iron or similar in the room it'll be brought up just like that, NOT THIS JOKE.

6. The server was efficient, polite, and professional, maybe a lit aloof but then I was eating breakfast at lunchtime and this was Boston not northern California.
