1. MAJOR COMPLIMENTS: we arrived at about 6 am and were immediately welcomed cheerfully and then checked in and given a most-excellent room.

7. I was greeted by name, warmly welcomed back by the doorman and front desk reception every time I passed through the lobby, and had the pleasure of speaking to the General Manager upon check out- and met her amazing dog, the 'mascot' of the hotel.

8. But all in all, the hotel served its purpose for our needs on this trip: We all felt welcome, we were able to decompress after the stress of this unusual trip and enjoyed the service and atmosphere of XV Beacon.
