I just had the opportunity to spend a couple nights again in this 'true Boston' hotel nestled at upper end of the Boston CommonsUpon being ushered in by the doorman that remembered my name from a year ago, I notice that several of the satff members had been there year after year and sincerely cared about making my visit excellent.
