I can't say enough about the staff who were so pleasant and helpful from the door men, to the drivers, concierge (who were fantastic) and the reception - perhaps with the one exception of the reception guy on nights who wasn't the happiest person there but then I suppose after a night on night shift (without coffee) I wouldn't be either.

7. This is an expensive hotel and I think if you are paying this amount you possibly might want all the services that go with a luxury hotel - that said, these were two niggles in what was essentially a very pleasant stay.
