5. Funny enough, my boyfriend and I had a conversation earlier that day that good customer service seems to be non-existent everywhere.

6. The staff were very good - but the hotel is not necessarily that child friendly, they only have two rooms with twin beds, however it was easy enough to get a roll away bed.

7. Both Michael & Molly (whom are the other two Concierge's there were also incredibly good to deal with, very helpful and very knowledgeable) Upon arrival to XV Beacon we used the complimentary car service to collect us from 'South Station'.
