The good: the hotel has a warm cozy feel, staff is very polite and courteous; rooms are unlike any others that I've been in, for example: stereo system with built in speakers throughout the room, working gas fireplace, tastefully decorated as if you are in someone's home, electronic do not disturb/clean my room signal so you don't have to fiddle with door hangars, good size flat screen TV, jacuzzi bathtub; real flowers in the bathroom; nice towels; towel heater in bathroom; TV in bathroom; very nice headboard or four poster bed (depending on what type of room you get); free parking if you have a Lexus and free use of the hotel Lexus with driver who can take you around town as needed; they provide complimentary business cards with your hotel address on them; nightly turn down service; very good restaurant downstairs (Mooo); free wireless internet that's pretty fast; complimentary fruit in the hallways.
