1. The hotel lobby is not wow, but has plenty of sitting place, and the rooms are clean, large, and have all the ammenities.

4. Great location if you like to shop, also a great place to spread out from for exploring the rest of Boston - multiple T stops within walking distance, plenty of restaurants to choose from.

PRO: Great location especially if you are into retail, hotel anchors not one but two upscale malls and ritzy Newbury Street is a few blocks away; lobby bar seems like a local hot spot; hotel has its own Starbucks in the lobby; rooms are smallish but well appointed; public transportation is plentiful; Amtrak Back Bay station is a three minute walk; killer views from upper floors.
