5. My husband became quite ill while we were staying at the Westin Copley Square for a conference, and the staff from reception and housekeeping were superb in their attention and care.

7. My one complaint would be the tray full of sensored snacks we had to be careful of (yes, my son did knock one down), and the mini-fridge full of high cost drinks with sensors.

Some minor complaints, and I really do mean minor, as none of them could have ruined our trip: Sliding door on the bathroom was a bit awkward and the lock did not work; the TV did not have a program or station guide and the remote control guide/info button did not work - so you never knew what was on without switching through all the channels or what time the program started or would end; we didn't care for the Bath & Body Works toiletries, specifically the bar soaps, because they were difficult to rinse off; the refrigerator had no shelves; entry way lighting in the room, that doubled as closet lighting, was very dim making it impossible in the evening to see clothing or luggage without removing them and moving into the bedroom area; the room vent filter above the thermostat needed to be replaced or cleaned, and lastly, queen-size beds would have allowed us to sleep more comfortably.
