CON: not exactly a quiet, intimate location; infuriating, fidgity keyless room entry system is prone to not letting you into you room on-check-in (last stay required presence of hotel engineer to gain admittance); meager water pressure on upper floors; hotel proximity to convention center means room rate price gouging on convention days; absolutely inexcusable $13.
