1. The hotel screwed up - but I will say that the front desk clerk was helpful, patient and friendly with the mistake and worked his best to correct the situation.

8. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there are 2 giant malls connected by a glass enclosed walkway, from Saks to Neiman Marcus, and the Back Bay train station and public subway are connected by an inside passageway.

10. They have done some updating which helps hide the brutalist concrete construction a little better but it still is ongoing and some things are not working well.
