1. free WiFi, free bottled water in room (budget brand) and free covered parking are a big plus++.

2. I received an email survey after check out and commented that although my room was fine I would not have booked at the Cross Keys while I had downtown meeting without having a rental car and only did it because central reservations assured me that there was a free shuttle.

4. I was attending a meeting at the Radisson Lord Baltimore in Baltimore which was overbooked and so Radisson booked me at the Cross Keys and Radisson central reservations said there was a free shuttle bus that ran between the two properties.

5. My room was spacious, parking is free and there is a connected shopping center for browzing (Chicos, William Sonoma, a cafe etc).

7. Not a palatial 'wow' experience, but a good-sized, clean room with a well-appointed bath, plenty of counters and storage space should you be spending a few days, as well as exercise room, and free parking.
