2. There are apparently no individual room controls for temperature - the entire hotel is either on heat, or on a/c - not a big deal if it's summer or winter - but in the spring, when it's cold at night and warm during the day, the heat is still on - there's no way to cool the room down (a big deal if you prefer sleeping with the room cool) - we were forced to leave the window open and request a fan from maintenance.

3. They need to figure out 1) how to control the heat, and 2) how to turn the cooling on as needed during those warm days of winter.

8. Great parking, right in the middle Cross Key's wonderful shops and access to friend's homes, downtown businesses and cool shopping areas for those willing to drive around.
