1. I did my best dragging my stuff in with one arm struggling the whole way and no one ever offered to help me even seeing that my right arm was in a brace.

4. I was traveling on business but brought along my teenage daughter so we took advantage of the hotels complimentary shuttle to and from the Inner Harbor, and one of the best perks of the hotel is that the on-site parking is complimentary (which can be quite pricey at other area hotels).

5. Everyone was extremely service oriented and made us feel welcome, The guestroom was one of the best I have been in regarding spacious, modern, geared for comfort with the sleep number beds, the high back desk chair and we even had a sliding door out onto a deck overlooking the grounds and the large outdoor pool.

6. It is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and it wasn't the rooms, although they are very nice, it was the genuineness of the service and staff that I appreciated so much, given I was a single female traveler.

9. It is adjacent to a small shopping mall with the best stores, and at night a security guard checks your name before you can go into the parking area.
