1. To add insult to injury, the email I received back indicated that they 'may have room for improvement', and please accept 'their sincere apology', along with an invitation to visit on of their other wonderful resort properties, and some marketing materials.

5. After a very stressful week we finally got them home without help from the Canadian consulate, thank god for a wonderful travel agent they flew to Montana and my husband went and picked them up and drove them home.
