1. To add insult to injury, the email I received back indicated that they 'may have room for improvement', and please accept 'their sincere apology', along with an invitation to visit on of their other wonderful resort properties, and some marketing materials.

7. I actually tried to tip the hostess for her excellency and she wouldn't allow it, which I found odd, because I thought everyone in Vegas accepted tips.

8. On this last trip, we stayed at Imperial Palace (not our first time here) and it was perfectly acceptable for what we needed - a great price for a few rooms in the heart of the strip.
