1. To add insult to injury, the email I received back indicated that they 'may have room for improvement', and please accept 'their sincere apology', along with an invitation to visit on of their other wonderful resort properties, and some marketing materials.

4. The room was much bigger we were pleased with that until the drilling etc started at the construction site nearby and that started 5am.

I told the hotel and they don't seem to care i looked on this site to find out this is a commen thing at this hotel the doors do not shut the whole way and thier is no dead bolt on the doors and no safe in the rooms i think this is a inside job that they know this is going on and they do nothing so if you stay there please put the ironing board under door knob to wedge the door shut.
