10. the last day, we were disturbed by the guys who lived upstairs, they are making huge noise like hitting on the floor all the night, we called the front desk again, and they told us they will send some security guys, but finally nobody is coming to solve the problem at all, we feel really insulted and told them that we can't stay there any more, and they told us the only thing we can do is to check out.
