1. If you absolutely have to stay in this place, demand an outside room so you can keep an eye on your vehicle and it will be much more quiet also.

I highly recommend it to family and friends that come to visit and rent a car, as within 5 minutes they can be in the middle of the Strip and park anywhere for free; but get away from the chaos and traffic; noise and street handlers at night and escape back to a QUIET section of the strip with a mall across the street.
