1. When we went to retrive our belongings we notice some of our stuff was missing so we went to report it to the office which would be only one of many trips there, after hours of not getting any news after the latest visit we went again getting answers like we did not find anything, we have not prove that those things were there and it's your word against our staff's.

2. Room was hotter than outside where was about 100 degrees, we had to move to two other rooms the third one being far from the second and since it was late and we were really tired we asked if we could move our stuff to the new room and they said it was ok so we slept over the third room which was as hot as the first two but we were too tired to move again so we took only the stuff of most value.

3. It is in need of millions of dollars of upgrades, and was probably halfway decent years ago when new.

5. It was on the 5th day that a Security office came and just swapped remotes with a new one that worked.
