1. I slept on a friend's couch and found a room at another hotel at 3x the cost (convention in town) and Emerald wouldn't do anything to compensate me.

3. The management and front desk employees are not friendly, do not give a crap and make it real clear of that, especially when I call them.

4. I highly recommend it to family and friends that come to visit and rent a car, as within 5 minutes they can be in the middle of the Strip and park anywhere for free; but get away from the chaos and traffic; noise and street handlers at night and escape back to a QUIET section of the strip with a mall across the street.

5. we all were very happy with the acconodation, it had everything we wanted, it was cleaned every day, fresh towels when we wanted them and the staff very friendly and helpful .

8. They have awesome areas for our canine friends but sadly the guests there were slobs and didn't clean up after their dogs.

9. OH buy the way the staff is just TOOOO nice, the Agm April is vary kind and will help you find anything and brandy is a wonderful person kid friendly, and I think Heather is the young girls name I only spoke to her on the phone but she was helpfull as well.
