Cons- Could feel springs pushing up through mattress, sheets didn`t go to foot or head of bed, 'non-smoking' room smelled like smoke (not surprising, since there were cigarette burns on the furniture, counter tops and carpet), couch was a joke, blood on the vertical blinds (no curtains), squeeky floors, generally dirty.
