1. We were on the fourth level of the parking garage where you would feel it would be secure.

2. Another bellman even asked 'where was security??' Anyway, we filed a claim that would have been less than $500 and it was denied by the hotel's insurance company stating that the hotel wasn't responsible for loss or theft and that there was not enough evidence proving that the hotel was negligent.

3. HOWEVER, BEWARE of parking in the 'so-called' secure parking garage at this hotel.
