2. Pros: Exceptionally comfortable bed and high quality linen, very clean, large modern shower, helpful hotel staff, decent free breakfastCons: The passcode for the wifi changed often and we had to call reception every time to get the new one (a minor irritation).

4. The garage itself is a little gloomy and I don't think I'd feel comfortable in it as a single woman given that hotel parking is only allowed on floors three and higher, necessitating a walk within the garage, and an elevator ride.
