1. We were pleasantly surprised to find friendly, fun and very helpful front desk staff (ask for their favorite places and you'll win them over), our room was fantastic--newly renovated and very fresh, modern--and the location couldn't be beat.

3. The hotel is visibly older both in the lobby/reception area as well as outside however, the rooms appear to have been recently updated with new furniture, which was nice.

4. Pros: Exceptionally comfortable bed and high quality linen, very clean, large modern shower, helpful hotel staff, decent free breakfastCons: The passcode for the wifi changed often and we had to call reception every time to get the new one (a minor irritation).

9. the person checking me in was new and put me in the wrong room, Daddy apparantely had put us in a King room but the hotel staff put us in a 2 double room.

10. We had a problem with one of the TV remote controls and within 10 minutes of having called down to the front desk, someone from the maintenence department was at our door with a new remote.
