1. Valet was $23 daily, I believe, but am not positive as I did not use it.

2. I've stayed at this property many times over the last several years and the positive is still positive (great hospitality crew working the breakfast line and happy hour) and the negative is still negative (parking garage is still creepy - but valet parking is available).
